maiuki was created in 2013 by Naia Mz, meanwhile she was pregnant of her first daughter. The kids fashion was too divided in classic or very modern clothes, pink/blue or very bright colors, girl or boy clothes.

 

she started designing and knitting timeless unisex items for babies. Classic knitted clothes are a big inspiration but they needed to become more minimal, simple and clean. The color palette is part of brand´s identity and the material raw selection is made by the designer. 

 

in 2018 was launched the first women´s collection, minimal clothes and jewelry.

 

Custom orders are one of the brand´s strengths, the customer becomes an essential part of the process. All the pieces are handmade in Bilbao - Basque Country and sent all over the world.
